After all of these years spent as both amateurs and professionals, we continue to be inspired by natural wine; how it makes us feel (high), what it can do to our own ways of seeing the world, and perhaps most importantly how it brings people together.

Always quenchable and deceptively simple wines from Laurent Roger and Melissa Ingrand, informal heirs to the late great Alain Castex. After Alain’s passing, the pair had the privilege of working with fruit from the Vins du Cabanon site, culminating in the production of Guru, a one off magnum made from mostly Grenache Gris and Noir.
