Belly Wine Experiment is the collective trio of Claire Sage, Guy Enoch, and Aimé Duveau, the former the son of Manu Duveau of the now defunct Yahou Fatal and L’Egrappille projects. Don’t be fooled by the “experiment” in their name, Belly are making wines that simply quench in that Auvergne type of way that gets us going, especially Peché Originel, an 100% Gamay d’Auvergne from Manu’s former vines in the village of Plauzat.
