Lissner
Alsace, France
Inspired by the hands-off style farming of the Massanobu Fukuoka method, winemaker Theo Lissner makes free-flowing and polychromatic wines that do absolute justice to the radical approaches they push in the vineyards. Edelzwicker G, Pinot Blanc Horn, and Gewurztraminer Muschelkalk are all heady and tasty drinks for now, and while the Pinot Noir Reserve + Grand Cru whites are an absolute treat to taste at the moment (especially the Pinot), they will work even more magic with a little bit of rest in the cellar, deluxe and gourmand as they are.
