After all of these years spent as both amateurs and professionals, we continue to be inspired by natural wine; how it makes us feel (high), what it can do to our own ways of seeing the world, and perhaps most importantly how it brings people together.

Mai Lam
Beaujolais, France
The first ever vintage from the Vietnamese born Mai Lam, partner of Sébastien Morin, whose own alt-Beaujolais wines we’ve come to admire over the years. Like Morin, Lam finds that tricky balance of both freshness and depth. La Canaille is crisp and aromatic while L’Indigene goes a bit deeper, asking to be imbibed in more of an at the table situation. Both come highly recommended.
