Mille Sabords isn’t quite as profoundly fucked (or fucked profoundly?) as the recently released Amandine, a wine that seemed to awaken the senses of most self-respecting wine drinkers in this town, but is rather something more akin for a civilized table of adults who can enjoy a nice bottle of white wine, still with a hit of energy, around a charcuterie board or cheese board or whatever else one eats at apéro time.
