2021 was a disastrous year for Bruno, and for the first time ever he sourced fruit from elsewhere. Whereas RISY and CHAMUCHA were made up of blends, Riesling Mittel is the only monocépage négoce cuvée from 21, as well as the only one bottled Vin d’Alsace, and thus feels the most substantial and emblematic of the bunch.
